From Honduras

Green Coffee Beans

Honduran coffee is rich in legacy and community spirit. This coffee is a result of many local producers to the Comayagua area pulling together their harvest and their resources.

Farmers such as Alfonso who contributes more than just beans but his time and expertise, passing down his skills and practices to better the coffee region as a whole.

This coffee is intentionally roasted medium for broad appeal and easy brewing. While we also offer a light roast of this same bean, we found the medium roast brings out a smooth, balanced cup that coffee lovers and newer drinkers can both enjoy. It also performs well across a wide range of brew methods.
