A dark roast built for an approachable, full-flavored espresso shot or a deeper cup of drip coffee. As espresso, it is easy to dial in with classic nutty and woodsy notes and a familiar, traditional coffee flavor.
Brewed as drip or French press, it has enough body to stand up well to milk and sweeteners without getting lost. While the roast is dark, the beans are not burnt, black, or oily. We roast this blend deep enough to bring out richer, more traditional flavors while still keeping the character of the coffees themselves.
If our lighter roasts lean fruity, floral, or delicate, this one sits firmly on the other side of the spectrum - rich, grounded, and made for people who like their coffee to taste like coffee.

Add the coffee-specific sourcing, roast approach, and cup character here. This template uses the Baklava product layout as the standard while leaving room for each coffee to be edited cleanly.

We roast multiple times a week, and ship within 3 business days of your order. Most US orders arrive 3-5 days. Peak flavor window for coffee is about 7-28 days after roasted. Please give your coffee at minimum 2 days after the roasted on date to rest, this allows for the gas to leave and the flavor to settle.
