Rich, complex, sweet

From Costa Rica

From a modern mill and innovation in practices to the sweet honey process and complexity this coffee is a different brew and we are so happy to have it on tap. Expect lots of depth to this coffee it starts off with a deep raspberry and cola that finishes with a honey sweetness and lingering vanilla. Its fruity but not funky or wine-like. It has fantastic body and brews excellent in a drip brewer, making it an excellent choice for entertaining. It shines in a V60 or French Press. Try as a single origin espresso and you'll get a very complex shot, rich and rewarding.
