A light roast with all the juicy notes of it's origin without being to bright or acidic. This roast reminds me of a fancy nut butter and jammy chocolate treat that I would sneak for myself when the kids arn't looking. If you're looking for an approachable light roast this one is for you!

Honduras Comayagua
The story

A discovery of Honduras

Honduran coffee is rich in legacy and community spirit. This coffee is a result of many local producers to the Comayagua area pulling together their harvest and their resources.

Farmers such as Alfonso who contributes more than just beans but his time and expertise, passing down his skills and practices to better the coffee region as a whole.

A medium roast of this coffee is also available, but the lighter roast does the best job of showcasing what makes this origin special. By keeping the roast more delicate, we are able to highlight more of the coffee’s natural character, including its brighter notes, layered sweetness, and distinct flavor profile.

FAQ

Common questions.

CAN'T FIND IT? Ask us anything

How fresh is my coffee when it arrives?

We roast multiple times a week, and ship within 3 business days of your order. Most US orders arrive 3-5 days. Peak flavor window for coffee is about 7-28 days after roasted. Please give your coffee at minimum 2 days after the roasted on date to rest, this allows for the gas to leave and the flavor to settle.

What grind should I pick if I'm not sure?

Whole bean if you have a grinder. If you do not grind at home, pick the brewer you use most. If your brewing method doesn't have a recommended grind size, feel free to reach out.

Is this espresso or filter?

Both. You can pull almost any coffee with any brew method. Some methods will be best suited for certain coffees. See the brew guide for our suggestions.
