FAQ

Common questions.

CAN'T FIND IT? Ask us anything

How fresh is my coffee when it arrives?

We roast every Monday and Thursday and ship within 24 hours of roast day. Most US orders arrive 3-5 days off-roast. Peak flavor window for this lot is days 7-28.

What grind should I pick if I'm not sure?

Whole bean if you have a grinder. If you do not grind at home, pick the brewer you use most. Pour-over and Aeropress are our recommended brews for this lot.

Can I subscribe and switch coffees later?

The design is ready for subscriptions. Once enabled, every subscription saves 10%, ships free, and lets you swap, skip, pause, or cancel from your account.

Is this espresso or filter?

Both. We profile this medium for filter and espresso - the sweetness translates well to milky drinks, and the clarity holds up as pour-over.
