Some coffees like to make a lot of noise. Low Profile is happy to keep things quiet. A simple yet essential part of our lineup, this decaf gets its name from both our roasting approach and the coffee drinkers who like to keep things easy. No fuss, no caffeine-fueled agenda. Just a rich, satisfying cup worth slowing down for. Roasted dark, Low Profile brings together notes of walnut, toasted marshmallow, and chocolate with a heavy body, pleasant acidity, and a smooth, toasty finish. It's deep and flavorful without being complicated, making it an easy cup to enjoy any time of day.

Low Profile comes from Colombia's Valle del Cauca region, uniquely situated between mountain ranges and national parks. The region's favorable climate and rich soils create excellent conditions for growing coffee. Using the sugarcane decaffeination process, caffeine is gently removed while preserving the coffee's natural character and flavor. The result is a full-bodied, easy-drinking decaf that proves good coffee doesn't need caffeine to stand on its own.
