Oolong teas are vastly different due to the oxidation level. You will find them in-between black and green teas for color, with long rolled leaves.
How to brew Oolong tea
Hot tea
- Water temperature
- 185–200°F
- Tea amount
- 1 tsp (per 8 oz)
- Steep time
- 3–4 minutes
Iced tea
Use twice the hot-tea amount per 8 oz and steep for 3–4 minutes. Pour over ice and enjoy.
